Hello my wonderful drama students,
I'm expecting the scripts for Annie Get Your Gun to come in tomorrow! If that's the case, I will have scripts for auditions out before noon on Monday! You will be able to come in to the front of the high school to pick them up, there I will have all of the information you would normally get in the drama hall. I will post again when they are ready! I miss you all so much--I hope things are going well and I am looking forward to seeing you all again in the fall! Mr. Hibbard Annie Get Your Gun
by Irving Berlin The Stone Version This new version adds three supporting characters and a couple of songs to broaden out the story line and add depth. Auditions will no doubt be in the fall, unless something drastic happens. Since I'm going back to the building starting tomorrow, I'll be working on getting audition scripts out as soon as I can in the office (if they'll allow it, anyway, I'll let you know!) We're also working on a possible year-end party, and I will be giving out drama awards just as in years past, so keep posted! Thanks so much for everyone's support and love. If you have any questions, please email me at: [email protected] The musical is one that Mr. Hibbard has never done.......and it's fun.....
I'm making the musical announcement,
It's going to come today, Because I would have done it, On closing night of the spring play! But since we have the blasted covid--19 That blew the performance to smithereens, I'll just have to do it more feebly, By posting its name on Weebly. I really don't want to do it this way, I'd rather do it on closing night of the Matchmaker play, But pandemics and the governor don't offer me a a choice, you see, So this is the best that I can make it be. Look back for clues..... Please email me if you accept your role:
